21 Day Detox

Are you feeling bogged down by the demands of day-to-day life… constantly tired, mundane life, wondering where your sexy body went, struggling to lose weight, brain fog, and frankly just feel overwhelmed with how to feel better and make changes to feel alive again?

 

That's how I felt 9 years ago when I had a teenager, 6-year-oldand 5-month-old. Going from the demands and sleepless nights of an infant to a busy kindergartner, and my teens demanding club volleyball schedule.  I was trying to juggle it all and keep my head afloat. I was the epitome of exhaustion and did not know what to do about it. On top of that, I gained 20 pounds from the stress of it all.

Then I discovered the power of detox and NOURISHing habits.

 

I started implementing some fairly easy changes to my life that made a huge difference. I started to feel more mentally "free", rested, I had tons of energy (especially for those mundane tasks), I was able to lose weight and most importantly I rediscovered the body confidence I had when I was younger.

 

The best part?

 

The steps that I took to do all this didn't feel like I was adding another task to my day, I didn't have to spend the whole day in the kitchen meal prepping, and it really didn't disturb the ingrained habits of my family.

 

I did my first detox 6 years ago and since then, I've been refining my process over and over until I created what I think is the easiest detox protocol to implement into a busy life.

 

This is my 21-day detox program.

 

It's a 3-step process that works like this:

 

1) Take the bad out

2) Put the good in

3) Support your cellular function

 

That's it.  These three steps and you can start your journey towards more energy, mental clarity, weight loss and no more feeling the burden that it’s all your fault.
